TIP: If you would like a new smartphone, the purchase of the device will be handled separately via an O2 My Mobile purchase contract. This also applies if the device is already included in your offer.
How do I accept the offer?
- Log in to Mein O2.
(If you have more than 2 numbers: select your phone number.) - Click „Renew contract“.
- Choose your desired tariff with or without a smartphone.
- Add options such as „O2 TV“ if desired.
- Review your offer in the „Overview“.
- Click „Place order“.
- You will then receive all important information about the offer as well as your order confirmation by e-mail.
Your cancellation becomes invalid upon renewal of your contract. You do not need to do anything else and can benefit directly from the offer.
